According to the National Association of Realtors, Internet advertising has now greatly surpassed paper advertising. It operates for you 24/7 and pictures can be unlimited!
However, even though the Internet is the preferred choice these days, print advertising still can be advantageous. As the Internet becomes more prevalent, and the cost of print advertising continues to rise, we are more selective about print advertising. You'll find that some agents may choose to target smaller local papers. Most communities and metropolitan areas use The Real Estate Book which provides full color photos of properties as well.
So to help you price your property accurately, we can provide a written market analysis, or what many sellers prefer to is to sit down in front of the computer together and review the recent similar sales in your area. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, and see for yourself what homes in your area are selling for, and how long it is typically taking for them to sell. Remember, no two properties are exactly the same, and market conditions are constantly changing, so be prepared to make timiely price adjustments when necessary.
